Here at Playgarden Design and Resources Ltd we understand that in their play, children want to learn through exploration and experimentation of their natural environment. This is something we incorporate into all of our individual Playgarden Designs that we carry out for schools and nurseries.
As part of our design service a dedicated Landscape Architect will come to you to hold a workshop with the end users, i.e. teachers and children. The workshop talks about the importance of outdoor play, the benefits of the natural environment and what can be achieved. The insights and interaction from the workshop will allow our designer to put together a bespoke concept play space design tailored to your requirements and budget.
At the end of this process you will be presented with detailed landscape designs and aspects in 3D which will allow you to see exactly what your early years play space could look like, along with the associated costs.
Upon completion of the concept the Playgarden Designer will return to discuss this in more detail. At this point any revisions will be discussed and any resulting revised concept will be posted with a new quote. Normally, at this stage, the Early Years play space design should be sufficiently geared towards your requirements to allow you to proceed to order. However, should any further play space design work be required, then this will be charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour.
Once the concept has been fully agreed, our expert landscape team will work with you to install the Playgarden and play equipment to an agreed timescale.
We are confident that at the end of this customised approach you will be left with an outdoor Playgarden that supports the Foundation and Early Years Curriculum, stimulates active learning, imaginative play and the development of social skills. Our Playspace design is ideal for schools and nurseries looking to create a creative Early Years play space design.
If you are unable to commit to our full landscape design package, we are able to offer a complimentary service which involves a member of our sales team visiting your setting and providing you with an outline drawing of the play space and equipment. If you would like more information on this service, please contact us here or call on 0114 282 1285.
